Founder / Managing Director

In the late 1990s, when the digital revolution was just beginning to shape the future, I stepped into the corporate world in Mumbai—not as a businessman, but as a passionate visualizer with a deep love for design. In 1999, I began my journey as a Visualizer and Designer in the dynamic fields of Advertising and IT—at a time when information technology was just entering the commercial market.

Armed with creativity and later strengthened by a professional foundation—an M.B.A. in Events Management—I brought together artistic vision and strategic thinking. This unique combination helped me understand not just how things look, but how experiences are created and how brands connect emotionally with people.

In those early years, design was not driven by automation or advanced tools. It was driven by imagination, precision, and countless hours of dedication. Working day and night, meeting tight deadlines, and constantly pushing creative boundaries became my way of life. My work soon began to gain recognition, earning me multiple awards in designing and establishing my identity as a committed and innovative creative professional.

Over the next two decades, I built a strong foundation in the creative industry. From advertising campaigns to IT-based design solutions, I mastered the art of visual communication. I didn’t just deliver designs—I built brand stories, understood client psychology, and created impactful experiences that added real value.

But growth always demands courage.

In 2016, after nearly 20 years of rich experience, I made a bold decision—to step out of the corporate world and build my own company in Mumbai: Pragatigem. A company driven not just by business goals, but by passion, creativity, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

The journey of entrepreneurship came with its own challenges. Building client trust from the ground up, ensuring consistent delivery, and maintaining high standards required relentless effort. But my years of experience, combined with discipline and integrity, became my strongest assets.

Gradually, Pragatigem began to grow—not just in size, but in reputation. Clients didn’t just work with me; they trusted me. Every project was approached with dedication, and every delivery carried the promise of excellence.

Expanding my expertise further, I ventured into the corporate gifting space—bringing a fresh, creative perspective to the industry. With my background in events management and branding, I transformed corporate gifting into a meaningful brand experience.
